Experience & Approach
Before beginning her real estate career, Valentyne spent nearly 19 years building a career in customer service, management, recruiting, and employee training. She managed teams, coached employees, and helped customers solve problems every day. Those experiences shaped the way she approaches real estate today by emphasizing honest communication, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for every client she serves.

Valentyne believes real estate doesn't have to feel overwhelming. Her goal is to simplify the process, answer questions along the way, and help clients feel informed and confident in every decision they make.
