Jamie put our single-family home, located in the Village of Howard, on the market Friday, followed by an Open House Sat & Sun, and had 3 offers by Monday morning, 7/10/23. We just relocated from Texas and weren’t able to view any homes in person. This was an initial concern for us, but Lesley was able to alleviate all of our worries. She took tons of immaculate photos and videos of each property, in addition to multiple video call walk throughs. I couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone else, and will be using her for all future real estate needs.

She made the process of working with a realtor really simple as she took some general information that she could use to send us a database of listings. Since we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted and not in a rush to buy, this approach worked really well for us. Working with someone that was patient and understanding was important to us.
